DB2 - Problem description

DB2 gets TRAP in FUNCTION CALL "GET_DBSIZE_INFO(?,?,?,0)", or
SQL1226N when upgrading DB to V9.73a

Problem description:
Function call "get_dbsize_info(?,?,?,0)" could result in Trap 
and log error in db2diag.log 
 
The call get_dbsize_info(?,?,?,0) is executing successful but it

CALL "GET_DBSIZE_INFO(?,?,?,0)" no longer traps as
