Problem description:
The optimizer incorrectly estimates the filter factor of 
predicates that reference the SYSIBM.DAYNAME or SYSIBM.MONTHNAME 
function.  This might lead to the optimizer choosing a 
non-optimal query execution plan.

Local Fix:
Use SYSFUN.DAYNAME and SYSFUN.MONTHNAME in place of 
SYSIBM.DAYNAME and SYSIBM.MONTHNAME respectively.
