Please note that this issue is different from the one identified 
in the other similar APAR IC65943. The MESSAGE reported by this 
issue contains "probe 280", while the APAR IC65943 has "probe 
265". In fact, the error is caused by the system administrative 
routine REORGCHK_TB_STATS not returning a result set due to 
uninitialized statement handles. This routine is used by auto 
reorg evaluation to get a table's statistics.
