THE DB2NMPCFG.EXE COMMAND REMOVES INFORMATION IN THE MACHINE.CONFIG |

| Problem description: |
The db2nmpcfg.exe command removes custom settings added to the
machine.config when uninstalling DB2:
For example, the generatePublisherEvidence setting can be lost
from the <runtime> section
