THE EXTENT MOVEMENT KEEP ON MOVING EXTENTS EVEN AFTER ISSUING COMMAND
"ALTER TABLESPACE <S> REDUCE STOP"

Problem description:
If you initiated an asynchronous extent movement operation using 
the command "ALTER TABLESPACE <s> REDUCE <n>", it might not be 
possible to stop this operation with command "ALTER TABLESPACE 
<s> REDUCE STOP". You check that using the command LIST 
TABLESPACES: the high water mark value keep reducing even after 
you executed "ALTER TABLESPACE <s> REDUCE STOP".
