PREVENT A TRAP ON DPF SYSTEM IN THE CASE WHEN INTERNAL STRUCTURE FAILED TO
SET-UP PROPERLY.

Problem description:
If you are encountering a trap with a following stack:

sqlrr_dss_router

this APAR will prevent the trap and return SQL0901N instead. 
 
It will also output more diagnostic into db2diag.log.
