When accessing a DB2 LUW server with the Connection Concentrator
enabled, A DB2 for zOS or iSeries client may experience an
intermittent Hang condition or -998 error. |

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: *
* A DB2 for zOS or iSeries client that is connecting to DB2 *
* LUw may hang or fail with -998 when the Connection *
* Concentrator is enabled. *

* DB2 LUW is incorrectly switching out the connection when the *
* Connection Concentrator is enabled. This may cause received *
* DRDA buffers to be incorrectly chained, or to be handled by *
* the wrong agent. This may cause the client to either hang or *
* return a -998 *
