-902 MAY BE ENCOUNTERED WITH LIKE PATTERN USAGE INVOLVING SHORTER
(NON-LOB/NON-LONG) VALUES

Problem description:
-902 error may be experienced in certain LIKE usage scenarios, 
meeting the following conditions: 
 
1. LIKE pattern involving relatively small values (non-LOB, 
non-Long types) 
2. Single Byte Character Set (SBCS) to Double Byte Character Set 
(DBCS) conversion needs to take place during LIKE processing.
Problem Summary:
