COMPONENT MSCS_RESOURCEDLL IS NOT INSTALLED VIA SILENT (RESPONSE FILE) INSTALLATION ON FP3 AND HIGHER |

| Problem description: |
During silent (response file) installation of FP3, FP3a, and FP4
on Windows, the MSCS_RESOURCEDLL is not installed. As a result,
the db2server.dll will not be installed in <Windows
directory>\Cluster, and the setup of MSCS/Failover Cluster will
fail. |

Use GUI installation or contact DB2 Support.
There is no workaround for DB2 Express edition. |
