DB2AUDIT START/STOP RETURNS SQL1092N WHEN DB2 INSTANCE OWNER IS NOT LONGER PART OF SYSADM GROUP. |

After removing the DB2 instance owner from the SYSADM group, the
user who starts or stops the db2audit utility will receive the
error SQL1092N even if this user belongs to the SYSADM group |
