While the statement monitor is turned on or MON_GET_PKG_CACHE_STMT table function is referenced, a deadlatch which is specific to SQLO_LT_sqlra_anchor_stmt__latch may occur in accessing memory in the package cache. This symptom will potentially block up other applications who are waiting for this latch, therefore, may cause a hang situation. | |
