DB2 - Problem description

THE ENTITY FRAMEWORK DRIVER SHOULD NOT GENERATE SQL WITH SYNTAX CONTAINING
"SELECT ... FROM NEW TABLE (INSERT..." AGAINST V5R4.

Problem description:
The IBM DB2 for iSeries V5R4 server does not support SQL syntax 
of "SELECT ... FROM NEW TABLE (INSERT...".  The EF driver should 
not generate SQL with such syntax if it is operating against DB2 
for iSeries V5R4.
