DB2 - Problem description

Out of memory in FCMCTL heap experienced after many node failure s caused
by a memory leak.

Problem description:
On DPF systems there is a possible memory leak when many node 
failures occur causing out of memory in FCMCTL heap.  This will 
cause the instance to crash with the following db2diag.log 
messages.
