CALLING CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION ON AN EXISTING PROCEDURE (OR VICE VERSA)
UNEXPECTEDLY THROWS WARNING SQL0100W

Problem description:
The following sequence of commands results in SQL0100W: 
CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE ADMIN(P1 INTEGER) SPECIFIC ADMIN 
BEGIN END@ 
  CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION ADMIN(P1 INTEGER)  SPECIFIC ADMIN 
RETURNS INTEGER BEGIN RETURN 1; END@ 
 
The correct result should be SQL0456N.
