CLI DRIVER STRUCK IN INFINITE LOOP WHEN THE CLIENT REROUTE IS ENABLED

Problem description:
First statement of a transaction always causes the end-server to 
drop the connection due to some unknown reason, cli driver get 
into an infinite loop of 
trying to seamless replay that statement.
