Problem description:
When you try to run db2_install for DB2 v97 FP4 as non-root and 
there is already a copy of DB2 v95 installed by the same 
non-root user the output from db2_install might display "rc = 
5078" as in the following example: 
 
$ ./db2_install 
DBI1244I  Directory for non-root installation of DB2 - 
/home/db2inst1/sqllib 
 
DBI1160I  Non-root install is being performed. 
 
DB2 installation is being initialized. 
 
 Total number of tasks to be performed: 10
