DB2 EXPRESS WITH SERVER LICENSE SHOWS HIGH AVAILABILITY FEATURE AS
"NOT LICENSED"

Problem description:
After applying a Server license (db2exp_s.lic) to a DB2 Express 
installation,  db2licm -l will show the following output: 
 
Product name: "D32 Express Edition" 
License type: "Server Option" 
Expiry date: "Permanent" 
Product identifier: "db2exp" 
Version information: "9.7" 
Max number of Value Units: "200" 
Max amount of memory (GB): "4" 
Enforcement policy: "Soft Stop" 
Features: 
DB2 High Availability Exp: "Not licensed" 
 
This is incorrect. High Availability is included in the DB2 
Express Server license terms.
Problem Summary:
