DB2 - Problem description

UPGRADE DB FAILS WITH SQL1226N DUE TO DEFERRED MDC ROLLOUT CLEANUP

Problem description:
UPGRADE DB command fails with SQL1226N due to deferred MDC 
rollout cleanup. 
 
The problem is caused by have outstanding async index cleanup to 
perform that were the result of deferred MDC rollout deletes. 
 
db2diag.log has the following error messages.
