Problem description:
db2dclgn creates incorrect declaration for the data-type 
Timestamp (x) 
 
CREATE TABLE TEST1( TS2 TIMESTAMP(9)  DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) 
 
db2dclgn -d <dbname> -t TEST1 -a replace -o test1.cpy -l cobol 
 
 
test1.cpy has the following output 
05 TS1 PIC X(26) 
The output should be PIC X(29) as per the documentation below
