In heavy OLTP environment and lots of stored-procedure calls,
it's possible to see some latch contention on the
sqlrlc_anchor_common__anchor_latch .
In such scenario, db2pd -latches output would show many EDUs
waiting on this latch:
Database Partition 0 -- Active -- Up 0 days 01:39:36 -- Date
