DB2 - Problem description

DB2 MAY HANG DUMPING THE LOCKLIST DURING ABNORMAL SHUTDOWN

Problem description:
During an abnormal termination, DB2 may hang during the 
diagnostic data collection.  The problem occurs while collecting 
the locklist information.  You will see a message similar to the 
following written to the db2diag.log before the hang occurs:
