GETTYPEINFO NOT REFLECTING ARRAY DATA TYPE |

JDBC Database metadata api GETTYPEINFO will not return a row for
ARRAY DATA
TYPE.
It should return a row for ARRAY type like below
procParmTypeName->ARRAY
