SEG-V DURING CREATION SQL PROCEDURE IF CREATED FROM A NON-CATALOG PARTITION
AND WITH AUDIT CHECKING EVENTS ENABLED

Problem description:
In a DPF instance, the creation of an SQL procedure from a 
partition that is not the catalog partition can result in a 
segmentation fault if 
the db2audit facility is active and 'checking events' are 
enabled.
