MEMORY LEAK IN APPL HEAP WHEN THE APPLICATION ASSOCIATED WITH DB ROLES ON
NON CATALOG NODE CAUSES TO ACCESS THE EXPLAIN TABLES

Problem description:
Memory leakage in the application heap occurs on the catalog 
node when the catalog node is asked for authorization info from 
non catalog node for the explain table access.  The user must be 
granted with database roles and can happen in DPF env only.
