WHEN DB2TOP IS RUN IN BACKGROUND MODE THE CPU USAGE IN THE OUTPUT FILE
SHOWS 0%

Problem description:
When 'db2top' utility is used in the background mode, using the 
command similar to the following, the CPU usage shows up to be 
0%. 
 
Command used: db2top -d <dbname> -b l -s 2 -i 5 -o <outfile> 
 
However, when using interactive view it shows almost 90% CPU 
usage.
