DB2 - Problem description

MEMORY LEAK WITH LOADING DB2MODLIB MODULE OCCURS WHEN THERE IS A DISCONNECT
HAPPENING.

Problem description:
As of v9.7, when enabled the Oracle compatibility and run Oracle 
PL/SQL stored Procedure, if the application frequently connect 
and disconnect to the database, a memory leak issue might occur. 
 
Environments using any of the following are vulnerable: 
PL/SQL 
DB2_COMPATIBILITY_VECTOR=ORA 
DBMS_OUTPUT routines
