ALTER COLUMN SET DATA TYPE WITH COLLATION CHANGE DOES NOT UPDATE COLUMN AND INDEX COLLATION IN SYSTEM CATALOGS |

| Problem description: |
Sometimes the collation may change depending on the data type
modification made via ALTER COLUMN SET DATA TYPE. In the case
where the collation is different from the old type compare to
the new type, the collation information is not updated in the
following catalog views for the target column.
- SYSCAT.COLUMNS (column COLLATIONNAME)
- SYSCAT.INDEXCOLUSE (column COLLATIONNAME) |
