Running the command, db2cluster -cm -exit -maintenance -all could lead to a GPFS mount point if there are concurrency issues at the OS or storage layer. As a result, the mount point would be left, unmounted. | |

Run, db2cluster -cm -list -alert, to see which mount is not mounted. Using, mmmount, mount the missing mount point. The alert should clear itself automatically. | |
