DB2 SERVER MIGHT TRAP DURING QUERY COMPILE WHEN FREQUENT VALUE STATS
UPDATED WITH NULL ENTRY

Problem description:
This problem can occur during query compilation of an SQL 
statement that contains one or more equality join predicates, 
one or both of the columns in the join predicate have 
distribution statistics collected, and one or more frequent 
value statistics have been updated manually with a null entry in 
the system catalog. 
 
You can identify that you hit this problem if the following 
function list is found in the trap file stack trace:

Local Fix:
The problem can be avoided by not modifying the frequent value 
statistics with a null entry

First Fixed in Version 9.5 FixPack 9
Workaround
