DB2 INSTALLER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE DB2WSE_OS.LIC |

| Problem description: |
If db2wse_os.lic is the only license certificate present in the
db2/license directory on the db2 install media, neither GUI nor
silent install will detect WSE on the install media and the
install will fail. |

* DB2 install fails with "No product found on media" error if *

* The error occurs due to a bug in the DB2 installer which *
* causes it to not recognize the license certificate *
* "db2wse_os.lic". *
