DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

Currently, the following Engine Dispatch Units (EDUs) do not 
report the database field ("DB   : DBNAME") in the db2diag.log 
i.e. 
 
  db2hadrs 
  db2hadrp 
  db2redow 
  db2redom 
 
For example,

This defect will add the database field in db2diag.log for EDUs 
such as db2hadrs, db2hadrp, db2redow, and db2redom.
