SELECT RETURNS SQL0901N (REASON "PERMANENT TAOB FOR MDC BIXA OBJECT IS
NULL ".) SQLSTATE=58004

Problem description:
SELECT returns with the following error message: 
SQL0901N  The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe 
system error. 
Subsequent SQL statements can be processed.  (Reason "permanent 
TAOB for MDC BIXA object is NULL ".)  SQLSTATE=58004 
 
This can happen, when the following conditions apply: 
1. MDC tables 
2. tables are data partitioned 
3. Star Join 
4. BIXA is chosen by the optimizer
