DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC79246 Status: Closed

DB2CommandBuilder.DeriveParameters() may not resolve the parameters for a
fully qualified stored procedure.

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
The DB2CommandBuilder.DeriveParameters() may not resolve the
parameters of a stored procedure. This occurs when the
following conditions are met:
1) The fully qualified name of the stored procedure must be
used to resolve the stored procedure.
2) One or more of the parameters for the stored procedure are
of either a REF CURSOR or ARRAY type. There might be other
types which may also be used to fulfill this condition.

When this problem is encountered,
DB2CommandBuilder.DeriveParameters() will return a single
parameter when there should be more.
