Transfer ownership of nickname does not transfer privileges to the new owner |

| Problem description: |
When doing transfer ownership of an object, all privileges that
the current owner has that were granted as part of the creation
of the object should be transferred to the new owner. However,
when doing transfer ownership of nicknames, the privileges do
not get transferred to the new owner. |
