INSTANCE MAY CRASH ON CREATION OF AN MQT WHERE THE MQT DEFINITION CONTAINS
THE FETCH FIRST N ROWS CLAUSE

In a rare case, MQT creation statement which contains the FETCH 
FIRST N ROWS clause causes instance to crash with SIG #11.
