ICU files (eg icuucdb232.dll) are missing in the bin directory under the installation path, for example C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN in DB2 V9.7 Client and Connect Personal Edition products For example: When launching asnpwd and asnanalyze (replication tools), the following error is issued: "The program can't start because icuucdb232.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" | |
