LOCPATH ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE IS REMOVED AFTER UPGRADE/UNINSTALL OF DB2

Problem description:
If you upgrade a DB2 copy from V95 to V97, or uninstall a 
V95/V97 DB2 copy, the environment variable 'LOCPATH' is removed 
during the uninstall or upgrade install. 
This environment variable is not used by DB2 of recent versions, 
but might be required by other IBM software such as 
ImagePlus Workstation Program (IWPM).
