| Problem description: |
The routine DBMS_SQL.IS_OPEN(cur, ret) is documented to return
type BOOLEAN for parameter 'ret'. However, the routine
incorrectly returns an INTEGER for ret.
ret
An output argument of type BOOLEAN that indicates if the
specified file
is open (TRUE) or closed (FALSE).
