JCC DRIVER MAY UN-INTENTIONALLY ALLOCATE MORE CONNECTIONS

Problem description:
Under workload balancing environment and JCC property 
enableSysplexWLB=true, the # of connections opened to a member 
might be more than the max # of application connections. 
 
For example if the application can open maximum of 10 
connections than the max connections opened to each member 
should not be more than 10.

First fixed in the JDBC driver included with DB2 version 9.7
