JCC DRIVER MAY UN-INTENTIONALLY ALLOCATE MORE CONNECTIONS |

| Problem description: |
Under workload balancing environment and JCC property
enableSysplexWLB=true, the # of connections opened to a member
might be more than the max # of application connections.
For example if the application can open maximum of 10
connections than the max connections opened to each member
should not be more than 10. |
