LICENSE BECOMES EXPIRED AFTER APPLYING A FIXPACK USING THE -F NOBACKUP
OPTION

Problem description:
The license of the DB2 installation will become expired if 
applying the fixpack with the -f nobackup option. 
The metadata for the license gets deleted during the 
installFixPack process. 
 
e.g. license is removed after a fixpack installation when -f 
nobackup is used
