ANONYMOUS BLOCK (DYNAMICALLY PREPARED COMPOUND SQL) ISSUING A ROLLBACK CAN
FAIL INTERMITTENTLY WITH SQL0751N

Problem description:
Due to timing conditions, multiple connections issuing the same 
dynamically prepared compound SQL (or PL/SQL anonymous blocks) 
can fail with a SQL0751N error if the body includes a rollback 
statement
