DB2 - Problem description

DB2 HANG WHEN RUNNING CONCURRENT ONLINE INDEX REORG WITH AN MDC ROLLOUT ON
THE SAME TABLE.

Problem description:
An online index reorg may deadlock with an MDC rollout on the 
same table.  If a deadlock occurs, it cannot be resolved by the 
deadlock detector, and the processes will appear to hang. 
 
To resolve the hang, you will have to terminate the reorg with 
the db2 force application command.
