DB2 - Problem description

DB2CLUSTER -CFS -EXIT -MAINTENANCE WILL COREDUMP IF ERRORS ARE ENCOUNTERED

Problem description:
db2cluster command core dumps with these sequence of events, 
executed by user root on the server. 
 
 
#db2cluster -cfs -enter -maintenance 
Unable to enter file system maintenance mode on the local host. 
See the DB2 Information Center for more details. 
A diagnostic log has been saved to 
'/tmp/ibm.db2.cluster.-xxxxx'. 
#db2cluster -cm -exit -maintenance 
Host 'hostName' has exited maintenance mode. Domain 
'domain_name' has been started. 
 
#db2cluster -cfs -exit -maintenance 
Memory fault(coredump) 
 
The output file created in the /tmp directory may not have 
sufficient information for the cause of core dump.
