DB2 FAST WRITER MAY TRAP WHILE PREPARING FOR INSERT

Problem description:
A DB2 fast writer Icoord (db2fw) can trap while setting up data 
for inserting into an event monitor target table. 
 
 
This can occur when there are errors during activation of an 
event monitor. In particular, if an event monitor encounters an 
error during activation and then another event monitor is 
immediately activated. 
 
You may see the following callstack in trap file.
