MEMORY LEAK IN APPLICATION OR MSDTC.EXE USING IBM DS DRIVER DUE TO LEAKS IN CODEPAGE CONVERSION CACHE |

| Problem description: |
When using the IBM Data Server Driver, the application process
may experience memory growth. This is due to a leak in the
memory used by codepage conversion cache.
If this is a Distributed Transaction on Windows, msdtc.exe
will be the process showing memory growth |
