On Windows Vista ( or above ), connect to database fails when: (1) connection is local, using IPC (2) DB2 server has Extended Security set to YES (3) DB2 server service runs under "Local System" or any other userid other than the user that is connecting. Connect fails. Error is -1032. Database manager not started. | |
