Asynchronous Background Process (ABP) is not selected as deadlock victim on
partitioned databases.

Problem description:
The Asynchronous Background Process is expected to be selected 
as 
the victim in any deadlock scenarios.  This may not occur on DPF 
systems if the deadlock spans different database partitions.
