DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC82789 Status: Closed

ISSUE WITH THE DUMPING OF DIAGNOSTICS IN THE SUBAGENT AND COORDINATOR AGENT

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2
Problem description:
There is an issue with the dumping of diagnostics in the
subagent and coordinator agent in parallel create index.

For Parallel Index Create, we have a coordinator agent waiting
to receive on one end of a table queue, while a set of subagents
are sending from the other end. The problem is that when agent
dumps are generated via db2pd -dump all, the table queue data in
the subagent dump refers to that from the coordinator (receiver)
side. And the coordinator agent dump doesn't actually contain
any table-queue data for the receiver side.

Each subagent should have reference to it's own sender
side table queue control block, which would also contain all the
channel information. This needs to be dumped.
