DB2PD WITH THE -LOAD SUBOPTION MAY HANG |

| Problem description: |
When db2pd is invoked with the Database scope suboption -load,
the db2pd command may hang.
Adding the -debug <file> option will create a log file which
will show the last entries as :
/view/db2_v97fp5_aix64_s111017/vbs/engn/pd/../squ/sqlu_pd.C:486:

An alternative way to identify this issue is to run
pstack/procstack on the db2pd process id.
