DB2OSCONF RECOMMENDS EXCESSIVE 2 X RAM FOR SHMMAX ON SOLARIS

Problem description:
The Solaris kernel recommendations from db2osconf were adjusted 
in DB2 Version 9.5 Fix pack 8 to recommend 2 X RAM for 
project.total-shm-memory .  This was also reflected in the 
shm.shmmax recommendation , which is excessive - it should be no 
more than 1 X RAM .
